1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

• Account information: the email address, third-party login identifiers, and similar information you provide when registering or logging in.
• Idea and business content: the idea descriptions, target audience, product concepts, and text or images you input or upload while using the Service.
• Validation data: respondent replies collected through surveys and landing pages you generate via the Service (such as survey answers and waitlist sign-ups).

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Log and usage data: access time, pages, feature usage, IP address, device and browser type, User-Agent, and similar data.
• Cookies and local storage: used for login state, preferences, and analytics (see Section 5).

1.3 Payment information

When you purchase a subscription or content, payment is processed through a hosted checkout provided by the third-party payment service provider Waffo (Pancake). Your full payment information, such as card number and CVV, is collected by Waffo and processed under its privacy policy; we generally only receive the transaction result and subscription status information necessary to provision and maintain your entitlements (such as order number, subscription status, and billing cycle).

2. How We Use Information

• provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
• generate validation plans, surveys, landing pages, promo videos, and other output based on your idea content;
• process your subscription, payments, and beta eligibility;
• send you service-related notifications (such as status changes, billing, and important announcements);
• ensure account and system security and prevent fraud and abuse;
• with your consent, send you marketing communications (you may opt out at any time).

3. Sharing and Third Parties

We share your information only in the following cases, and require third parties to protect your information as agreed:

• Payment service provider (Waffo): to process payments, subscriptions, and refunds;
• Cloud hosting and database providers (such as Supabase): to store and operate the account, project, and validation data required by the Service;
• AI model providers (such as DeepSeek): to generate validation content, landing pages, and promo videos, we send the idea content you input to AI model providers for processing;
• Legal requirements: where required by law, regulation, or judicial process, or where necessary to protect our, your, and the public's legitimate rights and interests.

Except as above, we do not sell your personal information to third parties without your consent. The above third parties may be located outside of China, and we will take necessary protective measures in accordance with applicable law (see Section 6).

4. Respondent Data

When you use the survey / waitlist features to collect information from your potential users, you act as the processor/controller of that information and are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws and for providing necessary notice to respondents regarding such collection. We process that data on your instructions in order to provide the Service to you.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to maintain login state, remember preferences, and perform necessary usage analytics. You can manage or clear cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect the functioning of certain features.

6. Data Storage and Cross-Border Transfer

Your data may be stored on servers located within or outside of China (such as data centers of cloud hosting providers). In the case of cross-border transfer, we will take measures in accordance with applicable law, such as entering into data processing agreements or adopting reasonable safeguards. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, although no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. After account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, unless otherwise required by law. Idea content and validation data you actively generate may be retained based on your continued use of the Service.

8. Your Rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you have the right to:

• access and correct the personal information in your account;
• delete your account and associated content (except where retention is required by law);
• withdraw consent (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal);
• raise questions or complaints about our processing of your personal information.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users with full civil capacity. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 14 years of age. If you become aware that a minor has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Updates will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and material changes will be notified separately. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
