Terms of Service
Effective date: October 19, 2026 · Last updated: October 19, 2026
Please read these Terms carefully before using TrueSignal. By registering for, logging into, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- The Service / TrueSignal refers to the AI idea-validation platform operated by AlphaMatrix ("we", "us", "our"), made available at xverify.alphaxcom.cn and through other channels we may designate.
- User / you refers to any natural person, legal entity, or organization that registers for, logs into, or uses the Service.
- Content refers to any text, images, videos, surveys, landing pages, or other data that you input, upload, generate, or produce through the Service.
- Third-Party Services refers to third parties that provide payment, hosting, AI model, and other capabilities for the Service (including, without limitation, Waffo, Supabase, and AI model providers).
2. Description of Services
TrueSignal is an AI-assisted "idea → validation → MVP" platform. We provide, among other things, the following capabilities: idea opportunity analysis, generation of validation surveys and landing pages, waitlist / survey collection, generation of promo videos and traffic assets, and related content management tools.
The analyses, conclusions, validation plans, and generated content produced by the Service are automatically generated by AI models based on the information you provide, are for reference only, and do not constitute any form of business, legal, financial, or investment advice. Market performance of any idea is inherently uncertain, and we do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in commercial success, revenue, or user growth.
3. Accounts and Beta
- You shall register with true, accurate, and complete information, and keep your account credentials secure. You are solely responsible for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
- During the platform's beta phase, certain users may receive free access for a limited period through beta eligibility. After the beta period expires, continued use requires a paid subscription (see Sections 4 and 5).
- You may not lend, transfer, or use your account for any purpose that violates applicable law or these Terms.
4. Subscription and Payment
- The Service may offer paid subscription plans and on-demand purchases (such as credits / generation runs). Specific prices, entitlements, and billing cycles are as shown at the time of purchase.
- Payments are processed through a hosted checkout provided by the third-party payment service provider Waffo (Pancake). Payment information you submit on the checkout page is processed by that payment provider under its own privacy policy and terms; we generally do not directly access your full card information.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval unless cancelled. You may cancel renewal through your account settings or the channels provided by the payment provider; after cancellation you may continue to use the remaining paid period until the current cycle ends.
- For charge failures, duplicate charges, or billing anomalies caused by the payment provider, network, or system, please contact us promptly and we will assist in investigating.
5. Refund Policy
Paid subscriptions and one-time purchases are generally non-refundable once activated or generated, except where otherwise required by mandatory law. We may, at our discretion, process refund requests for cases we confirm, such as duplicate charges or major service failures. The third-party payment provider (Waffo) may have its own refund rules, which prevail. To request a refund, contact support@alphacom.cn.
6. Acceptable Use and Content Standards
6.1 General Conduct
When using the Service, you must not:
- engage in any conduct that violates the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China or of your jurisdiction;
- reverse engineer, scrape, mass-crawl, automate abuse of, or attempt to bypass any access restriction of the Service;
- interfere with the normal operation of the Service or any Third-Party Service in any manner.
6.2 Prohibited Content Categories
In addition to the general conduct above, content that you input, upload, generate, publish, or transmit through the Service must not contain any of the following six categories (each is listed specifically and none is waived broadly):
- Pornography / NSFW: any explicit sexual content, depictions of sexual acts, sexual innuendo, or adult pornographic material, whether in text, image, or video form, and whether involving real or fictional persons;
- Violence / gore: content that promotes, glorifies, or depicts in detail violence, torture, maiming, gore, self-harm, or suicide against people or animals;
- Hate speech: content that incites discrimination, hostility, insult, or attack against others based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, or similar grounds;
- Child-unsafe content (including CSAM): any sexualized content involving minors, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or content that objectifies minors for such purposes;
- Deepfakes / impersonation: content that synthesizes, manipulates, or deepfakes another person's likeness, voice, or identity without authorization for impersonation, misleading, or deception, including but not limited to face-swaps, AI voice impersonation, and fabricated statements or actions of a specific person;
- Copyright / trademark infringement: content that reproduces or distributes works, logos, or materials protected by copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights without the rights holder's authorization.
For Category 4 (child-unsafe content / CSAM), we maintain a zero-tolerance policy: upon discovery we will immediately remove such content, terminate the relevant account, and report to the competent authorities as required by law.
6.3 Special Provisions on Protection of Minors
- You must not generate, input, upload, or transmit any content that sexualizes, objectifies, or inappropriately depicts minors, whether or not the depicted person actually exists;
- You must not generate, possess, or transmit child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any content that suggests or induces sexual conduct by minors;
- You must not harass, groom, or collect personal information from minors in any form.
6.4 Special Provisions on Likeness, Voice, and Impersonation
- Without the explicit consent of the individual concerned, you must not use another person's likeness, voice, or other identifiable personal features for face-swaps, AI voice synthesis, impersonation, or fabrication (including deepfakes), nor generate false content reasonably identifiable as a specific person;
- Even with consent, you must not use another person's likeness or voice to create or distribute insulting, false, misleading, or otherwise prohibited content under this chapter;
- Fabricating or imitating public figures or organizations to make misleading, fraudulent, or reputation-damaging statements is prohibited.
6.5 Enforcement Measures
If we confirm that you have violated the content standards in this chapter, we may, at our discretion and depending on severity, take one or more of the following measures, individually or in combination:
- Warning: issue a warning via in-site notification or email and require rectification within a specified period;
- Content removal: delete, take down, or block the violating generated content;
- Account freeze or termination: suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account or access to certain features;
- Credit forfeiture: clear the remaining credits or generation runs in your account;
- No refund: amounts already paid will not be refunded where the account is terminated or content is removed for violation;
- Reporting to authorities: for content suspected of violating laws or regulations (in particular CSAM and the like), we reserve the right to report to the competent authorities and cooperate with investigations as required by law.
6.6 Reporting Channels and Handling
We encourage you to report any content or conduct you believe violates the content standards in this chapter. You may report via:
- Report email: support@alphacom.cn (please include links, screenshots, or descriptions of the relevant content so we can review it);
- In-site reporting: where the product provides a report button or entry point, you may submit a report through it.
Review process and timeline: After receiving a report, we will complete an initial review within a reasonable period (generally no more than 7 business days); urgent cases involving CSAM, extreme violence, or similar will be prioritized and handled expeditiously. After review, we will take appropriate measures under Section 6.5, and, to the extent consistent with law and the legitimate rights of others, inform the reporter of the outcome by reasonable means. We make no commitment to the reporter regarding the truthfulness of reported content, and we reserve the right to take measures against malicious or false reports.
7. Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain your existing rights to original content that you own and input (such as idea descriptions and your own brand materials). You grant us a non-exclusive license to the extent necessary to provide the Service to you (for example, to generate, store, and analyze your content).
- Generated Content: To the extent permitted by applicable law, rights in output generated directly from your input (such as landing pages, surveys, and promo videos) are assigned/licensed to you for your use, subject to the then-current version; however, our platform elements contained therein (such as templates, styles, and system default copy) remain owned by us.
- Platform Rights: The software, interface, trademarks, systems, and underlying technology of the Service are owned by us or the respective rights holders. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
8. AI-Generated Content and Disclaimer
- The Service uses third-party AI models (including, without limitation, DeepSeek) to generate content. Due to model limitations, generated results may be erroneous, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable; you are responsible for reviewing and using generated content and for exercising appropriate human oversight.
- We do not guarantee the originality, accuracy, or legality of generated content, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it.
- If generated content involves third-party rights (such as trademarks, copyrights, or likeness), you shall verify and obtain the necessary authorization before use.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on Waffo (payments), Supabase (data hosting), AI model providers, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or processing practices of third-party services, but we will use reasonable efforts to maintain overall service availability. Each third-party service is subject to its own terms and privacy policy.
10. Modification and Termination
- We may from time to time update, adjust, or discontinue certain features. Material changes will be notified in advance by reasonable means.
- You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account after advance notice (except in emergencies permitted by law), for example if you materially breach these Terms or are in arrears.
- Upon termination, we will process your data in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty as to the continuity, error-free operation, security, or virus-free nature of the Service. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from force majeure, third-party service interruption, your own acts, or your use of generated content. Our aggregate liability shall be limited to the fees actually paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The formation, validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a suit in the competent people's court of Haidian District, Beijing.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Updates will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and material changes will be notified separately. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
